Before you arrive
Arriving at a Goldcrest apartment: your check-in checklist
A little coordination before arrival makes an apartment stay easier. Goldcrest Mall & Residency includes both shopping and residences, so the mall address alone is not a complete check-in instruction. Confirm the route and handover arrangements for your particular apartment.
Agree an arrival time with your host
Share your expected arrival time as well as the booking dates. If you are flying into Lahore, explain that your arrival depends on the flight and onward journey. Use live traffic information when planning the trip; a fixed airport transfer time can be misleading.
Confirm when the apartment will be ready and how to contact the team if you are delayed. Early arrival or a late departure should be agreed in advance. A reservation for a particular date does not by itself confirm access at any hour.
Keep the residence entrance instructions handy
Ask for the appropriate entrance, apartment number, floor and meeting or key-handover instructions. Save the confirmed host contact details where you can find them easily on arrival. Public listing photographs are useful for recognising the apartment, but are not a substitute for access instructions.
If arriving by car, ask about parking arrangements and any information needed in advance. If arriving by taxi, confirm where to be dropped off with your luggage. Mention heavy luggage or mobility requirements so the team can explain the arrival route.
Prepare guest and booking information
Confirm the guest names, number of adults and children, and any identification requirements with the team before travelling. Ask how documents should be presented or shared; avoid putting identity documents in public comments or reviews.
Keep your confirmed residence name, stay dates and booking reference together. If another member of your party will arrive first, tell the team so the handover can be coordinated. Do not assume a change in the arriving guest is automatically recorded.
- Residence name, apartment number and floor
- Confirmed arrival time and entrance instructions
- Host contact and booking reference
- Guest details and identification instructions
- Agreed payment balance and payment method
Reconcile payment before the handover
Check the total agreed amount, payments already made and any remaining balance. Confirm how and when the balance should be paid, and request an acknowledgement of payments. A displayed nightly rate is not necessarily the complete quote for your dates and party.
If a deposit or additional charge applies, ask what it covers and how it is handled. Keep these arrangements with the booking confirmation rather than relying on an informal recollection at arrival.
Ask the practical questions once inside
Find out how to access Wi-Fi, use the main appliances and contact support. Ask about any building or apartment instructions relevant to your stay, along with cleaning arrangements and the check-out process. Report a problem promptly so the team can respond while you are there.
Before departure, confirm the handover time, key return and any outstanding payment. If your plans change, contact the team before assuming the stay can be extended; another guest may be arriving that day.
